- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today, 09/07/2017, @ 10:50 am I was depositing cash via ATM. I loaded the money in and received an error. It stated "sorry, unable....". It took my money with out depositing it and providing the requested eReceipt. I called BB&T and was bounced around and given no turn around time.
